Support and service requests
Three different things reach three different people. Pick the one that matches what you need so your request is not queued behind the wrong team.
Urgent: signal down
An outage affecting rooms, units or public-view screens. Call so diagnostics can start right away — do not use the form.
Call 1-800-445-1139Billing and invoices
View statements, check a balance and pay online. Billing is handled separately from technical service.

Scheduled work, an added outlet, a display in a new area or a question about your system. Send the details below.
Submit a service requestSubmit a service request
Include the property name and address, the areas affected, when the issue started and a site contact who can open the headend room. The more of that we have up front, the fewer round trips before someone can help.
You can also email anthony.gioe@satstartech.com. For anything urgent, call 1-800-445-1139 instead.
Not a customer yet? The contact page is the right starting point for a new system, and switching providers covers what a changeover involves.
Support questions
Our television signal is down right now — what is the fastest way to reach you?
Call 1-800-445-1139. A phone call reaches a person who can start remote diagnostics immediately; the online form is queued and answered during business hours, so it is not the right channel for an outage.
How do I pay an invoice or see my account balance?
Invoices and payments live in the Sat Star billing portal. Billing questions are handled separately from technical service, so using the portal keeps them from being routed to a field technician.
What information should I have ready for a service request?
The property name and address, a site contact who can grant access to the headend room, which areas or rooms are affected, when the problem started and anything that changed on site — power work, network changes or construction.
Do you support systems installed by another company?
Tell us what is on site and we will confirm what we can take on. Some systems can be supported as they stand, and others need a survey first to see what the building actually has.
Will someone come on site?
Support starts with remote diagnostics through your account manager. On-site dispatch follows the response terms written into your service plan.
