Sat Star Communications is an Authorized DIRECTV for Business Dealer and private cable operator based in Odessa, Florida. We design, install, rent and maintain bulk television distribution for commercial buildings — one properly licensed system feeding every room, unit and shared-area display, installed nationwide.
What we do
Commercial properties cannot run guest, resident or patient television on residential accounts. We put the building on commercial DIRECTV programming that is licensed for the way the screens are actually watched, and we build the physical system that carries it — satellite reception, headend equipment, distribution through the risers and the outlet at each screen.
As a private cable operator we can also own and operate the system on your behalf, so the property gets one bill, one point of contact and one company accountable for the signal from the roof to the last television.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a survey and ends with a written support plan. We quote the one-time system and the recurring programming separately, line by line, so you can see exactly what drives the number before you commit.

Our process
Four stages, with a decision point and a written deliverable at each one.
1. Site survey
We walk the headend room, risers and existing cabling, count outlets and confirm what the building can reuse before anything is specified.
2. System design
Reception, encoding, modulation and distribution are engineered around your building layout, unit count and the programming tiers you want.
3. Installation and cutover
Work is phased so units and rooms stay usable, and every outlet is tested before that section is handed back to you.
4. Ongoing support
After go-live you have a named account manager, remote diagnostics and dispatch under the response terms in your service plan.
